• Roads & access: Road maintenance is the responsibility of individual owners. Commercial vehicles and heavy equipment may not use roads unless approved, and any damage must be repaired by the owner responsible. Delivery trucks are allowed. Hunting is prohibited on access roads.
• Setbacks & subdivision: No structures (except fencing and mailboxes) within 70 feet of any access road or 50 feet of property boundaries. Fences cannot encroach on road easements. No subdivision of parcels without written consent of the Seller.
