- What you own & maintain: You own the cubic space within your unit's boundaries (finished walls, floors, ceilings). You must maintain your unit interior. The Council of Co‑Owners maintains common elements (land, recreation facilities, utilities, etc.) and carries insurance on buildings and common areas.
- Use restrictions: Units may be used only for single‑family residential purposes. Leasing to a single family is allowed, but no minimum lease term is specified in these excerpts. No business, commercial activity, or nuisance is permitted.
