Boulder Creek at Desert Foothills is a single-family home subdivision in Phoenix, AZ, governed by a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements (CC&Rs). All owners and residents must follow detailed rules about property use, appearance, and behavior to maintain the community's value and desirability.
- Permitted use & occupancy: All lots must be used exclusively for single-family residential purposes. No gainful occupation, trade, or nonresidential use is allowed, but leasing to a single family is permitted. Temporary structures or vehicles cannot be used as residences.
