No boats, campers, or vehicles other than motorcycles and passenger automobiles may be parked or stored on the property. Vehicle repair or rebuilding is prohibited.
- Use restrictions: Units are for residential use only. No religious, professional, commercial, or industrial operations are allowed. No signs may be displayed without association approval (except declarant's sales signs). Nothing may obstruct or annoy other occupants, and no illegal or nuisances activities are permitted.
- Alterations & improvements: No structural alterations, construction, or removal of any building or fence without association approval. Non-structural interior alterations may be made without prior approval, but the owner is responsible for any damage to other units or common elements.
- Common expenses & assessments: Each owner pays a proportionate share of common expenses (based on 1/88 per unit) for administration, maintenance, repair, and replacement of common elements.
