One "For Sale" sign allowed; political signs allowed 45 days before election, removed 7 days after. Trash receptacles placed out no earlier than 24 hours before pickup, removed within 24 hours after. - Irrigation water arrangement (specific lots): Three lots (Lots 189, 146, 175) have historically provided water from their homes for irrigation of adjacent common areas. New owners of these lots are notified of the arrangement but are not obligated to continue; they must notify the board within 30 days if they choose not to.
