This document is an amendment to the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) for the Castle Well Association, a residential airport community in Phoenix, AZ. It adds specific rules about runway upkeep and prohibits certain vehicles and debris in front of hangars or homes. It is a partial document, not the full CC&R set.
- Runway maintenance: Each property owner must remove rocks and debris from the 24-foot asphalt runway, and all debris, weeds, and vegetation from the 16-foot and 20-foot shoulders on their property.
- Parking and storage restrictions: No storage, parking, or keeping of boats, tractors, ATVs, campers, trailers, or other debris is allowed in front of hangars or homes. This supersedes Item D, Section 3 of the original declaration.
