What Lake Park Village Six's governing documents say
This is a 1973 amendment to the original Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Lake Park Village Six (Dobson Ranch, Phoenix, AZ). It adds a requirement that all unit owners must join and comply with the Dobson Association, Inc., a master association that can levy assessments and place liens for non-payment. The document also updates floor plans (Exhibit E). It is not the full set of community rules.
