- Parking & vehicles: Parking of trucks, trailers, campers, and boats is restricted. Pickup trucks must be less than one-ton capacity, no taller than 7 feet, and no longer than 18 feet. No more than two vehicles may be parked in a unit's driveway at any time (including guests).
- Initial working capital fund: When a unit is sold, the buyer must pay a contribution to the association's working capital fund. This payment is not an advance assessment and is not refundable or creditable to the owner.
