- Architectural review: Any improvements visible from neighboring property require prior written approval from the Architectural Review Committee, which has broad discretion over design, materials, and location.
- Leasing & rentals: Leases must be in writing for a term of at least 180 days and must include provisions binding the tenant to the HOA rules. Owners must provide tenant names and contact info to the association before the lease starts.
- Animals: Only a reasonable number of typical household pets are allowed. Dogs must be leashed (max 6 ft) when off the lot and cannot enter other lots. Pet enclosures must not be visible from neighboring property.
