- Other restrictions: No outside clotheslines visible from neighboring property. No above-ground utility lines (except where underground is prohibited). No visible antennas or satellite dishes. No exterior signs except nameplates and for-sale/rent signs. All fuel tanks must be buried or screened. Fencing must be 4-rail pipe or block (or approved alternative).
