Owners must ensure the domestic water storage tank is filled or request filling.
- Governance structure: The association is governed by a five-member committee (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Member at Large), all of whom must be owners of record. Committee members are elected annually by a majority of owners. General meetings occur quarterly, committee meetings bi-monthly. Notice of meetings must be given 18 days in advance.
