Association. All property owners are automatically members of the association, and the rules focus on water usage, assessments, and maintenance of the water infrastructure.
- Water system & assessments: The association manages a water system including pumps, wells, lines, and tanks. Two types of assessments are levied: a 'Usage Assessment' covering pumping costs for owners who use water, and a 'Maintenance Assessment' for repairs, taxes, and insurance, apportioned by ownership interest in the water property.
