All vehicles must be currently registered and operable.
• Pool, spa & cabana: Owners can reserve the pool/cabana for parties (fee $75 for events with non-resident guests; free if all guests are residents). Up to 3 guests at a time without reservation. Pool hours vary by day. No glass, no smoking inside the enclosed area, no flotation devices except for children 3 and under. Residents (tenants) have access but no guest or reservation privileges.
• Exterior appearance & restrictions: Window coverings visible from the street must be white. No items may be stored on patios (including trash cans, hoses, furniture on front sidewalks). Flags: U.S. flag up to 4'x6' on customary national holidays. Political signs allowed but limited to 5 sq. ft. and must be removed within 10 days after the election. No garage sales. Trash must be in tied-off plastic bags; no plastic/metal containers except city recycling bins.
• Enforcement & fines: Violations of any rule may result in fines. Before a fine is imposed, the owner must receive a written violation notice and have 30 days to request a hearing before the board. Fines may accrue per day or per occurrence if the violation continues.
