This is a first amendment to the Declaration for Heritage II, a single-family home HOA in Briaroaks, TX. It applies to Mockingbird Hills Addition Phase I. The amendment updates rules on residential use, fences, and storage sheds. It does not contain the full set of HOA rules.
- Residential use & building standards: Each lot must have one detached single-family residence not exceeding 2.5 stories.
- Fences & walls: Fences must be masonry, brick, rock, decorative rod iron, or wood privacy fences stained with walnut stain. No chain link. Height must be at least 4 ft but not more than 6 ft. Rod iron must be painted black. Fences cannot obstruct drainage easements.
- Storage buildings & sheds: Storage buildings and sheds are allowed only after ACC approval. They must be completely screened by a wood privacy fence, not exceed 6 ft in height, and match the color, materials, and roof color of the residence.
