- Landscaping & Maintenance: Landscaping must be completed within 120 days of house completion, including front yard sod or hydro mulch, at least 2 trees or tree-like shrubs, and 10 two-gallon shrubs. Lots must be kept clean and free of weeds, trash, and debris; the developer can remedy after 7 days' notice and charge the owner.
