The garage must conform in design and materials with the main structure, and all garages must be either front entry or side entry only. No other garage types (e.g., rear entry) are permitted.

It does not address other typical HOA rules such as assessments, pet restrictions, leasing terms, architectural review, parking outside garages, or use of common areas.
