Beacon Hill Addition Phase I is a single-family home HOA in Kennedale, Texas, governed by a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. This document binds all lot owners, and it covers architectural control, property use restrictions, and HOA assessments.
- HOA assessments & fees: Each owner pays an annual assessment of $200, which may be increased by a vote of the membership. Special assessments require a majority vote of all eligible votes. Unpaid assessments accrue 10% annual interest and become a lien on the property.
