What Townbluff Homeowners's governing documents say

- Annual meeting: The annual meeting shall be held in May of each year. This amendment changed the meeting month from whatever was previously specified.
- Quorum requirements: Except as otherwise provided, a quorum is a majority of Unit Owners as defined in the By-Laws. If a quorum is not present, those present may adjourn. At a reconvened meeting, a quorum is 50% of the quorum required at the prior meeting, and any business that could have been transacted originally may be conducted.
