- Pets: No more than four household pets per lot. Reptiles, goats, sheep, hogs, pigs, monkeys, chickens, ducks, peacocks, pigeons, and guinea fowl are not considered household pets and are prohibited. Pets must be leashed when outside and waste must be picked up.
- Business use: Home businesses are permitted if they are not detectable from outside, comply with zoning, involve limited client visits, and are ancillary to residential use. Model homes and sales offices by Declarant or builder are exempt.
- Landscaping & maintenance: Lots must be kept neat, with grass no taller than 6 inches. Dead vegetation must be replaced. Vegetable gardens are not allowed in front yards or unscreened areas. Fences and walls must be maintained by owners, except certain perimeter walls maintained by the association.
