- Use restrictions: Lots may be used only for private single-family residential purposes. Home businesses are permitted only if conducted entirely within the home, with no outside clients, signs, extra traffic, or employees who are not residents.

- Exterior maintenance & storage: Owners must maintain their lots and all improvements in good, clean, attractive condition. Outside storage buildings need ACC approval and are limited to 100 sq ft and 8 ft in height, with exterior matching the main house. Unsightly articles (e.g., trash, debris, compost piles) must be screened from view.
- Basketball goals: Permanent basketball goals are allowed in the front yard at least 10 ft from the street curb, with backboard perpendicular to the street. Portable goals must be stored in the rear or garage when not in use. Goals must be properly maintained.
