This document is the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Desert Sky Ranch, a single-family home subdivision in Casa Grande, AZ. It applies to all lot owners and sets rules for construction, use, and maintenance of properties.
- Land use & building type: Only single-family detached homes are allowed, with a minimum of 1,050 square feet and 20 feet wide. Homes must be new factory-built or site-built, construction must start within one year of title transfer and be completed within 270 days.
- Architectural review: An Architectural Review Committee, composed of the developer and at least two lot owners, must approve all construction and installation plans before any work begins. Plans not approved in writing are deemed unapproved.
- Fences, walls & hedges: Fences and walls cannot exceed six feet in height. Fences must be predominantly masonry; chain link, wire, and wooden fences are prohibited. Hedges are subject to the same setback and height requirements as walls.
