Dobson Pecos Village is a condominium community in Chandler, AZ — you own your unit and share ownership of the common elements, which the association maintains and insures. This document is the full set of rules for unit owners, lessees, and occupants.
- Use & occupancy: Units must be used only for residential purposes permitted by Chandler zoning ordinances.
- Leasing & rentals: Leases must be in writing and include a requirement that the lessee comply with the declaration and rules. At least 10 days before the lease starts, the owner must give the association the lease dates, lessee names, owner contact info, and an emergency contact. The owner is liable for any violations by the lessee or their guests.
- Pets: No animals, birds, reptiles, fowl, poultry, or livestock are allowed in units or on the property, except fish in aquariums and animals kept by a veterinarian as part of their practice.
- Parking & vehicles: Vehicles may only be parked in designated Parking Spaces. No inoperable vehicles, trucks, trailers, campers, boats, or recreational vehicles may be kept on the property. The association may tow vehicles parked in violation.
- Signs: No signs (including 'For Sale' or 'For Rent' signs) may be placed on the exterior or visible from the exterior without prior written board approval.
- Antennas: No outdoor antennas, satellite dishes, or similar devices may be erected without board approval, unless applicable law prohibits requiring such approval. Even if allowed, installation must follow board rules.
