This document is an amendment to the Declaration of Restrictions for Palomino Acres, a single-family home subdivision in Gilbert, AZ. It modifies two paragraphs of the original restrictions and applies to all lots in the subdivision.
- Livestock & poultry restrictions: No livestock or poultry (e.g., horses, cows, chickens, pigeons) may be kept on lots. However, a reasonable number of domestic stock for family purposes is allowed, and feathered animals may be kept as pets or hobby if kept in cages and not allowed to roam freely.
- Signs & nuisances: Only one 'For Rent' or 'For Sale' sign no larger than 4 square feet is permitted. No other advertising signs, billboards, unsightly objects, or nuisances may be placed or remain on lots. Lots cannot be used in a way that endangers health or unreasonably disturbs other lot holders.
