- What this document is: This is an April 2009 community newsletter for Village Creek. It includes event announcements, advertisements, and a featured deed restriction, but should not be treated as the full set of governing rules.
- Soil & tree removal: Deed Restriction Article IX, Section 20 prohibits digging or removing soil except for landscaping/construction, and prohibits cutting trees except to make room for improvements or remove dead/unsightly trees, all requiring written approval.
- Home businesses: Deed restrictions prohibit operating a business from your residential home, including selling personal business items such as overstock or clearance items.
- Vehicles: Non-street-legal motorcycles, 4-wheelers, and mini scooters (without state license registration) are not allowed on Village Creek streets and may be ticketed by the constable's office.
- Pool access: Pool access cards: residents can request replacement cards for $10 each (old cards deactivated) or additional cards for $25 each. Requests via email to [email protected] with name, address, phone.
