- Architectural review process: Submit a written request at least 10 days before ARC meetings (1st & 3rd Thursdays at 8 am). - Flagpoles: One flagpole allowed, max 20 ft height. American flag up to 3x5 ft; other flags allowed per state law. Pole ropes must be secured to avoid noise. Submit plot plan and flagpole/flag details.
