- Membership categories & limits: The club offers multiple membership categories: Equity Golf, Equity Seven Golf, Equity Lifestyle, Non-Equity Legacy Junior Golf, and others. Total memberships capped at 2,665; golf memberships capped at 2,315; lifestyle memberships capped at 350. Voting rights vary: Equity Golf Members get 2 votes, Equity Lifestyle 1 vote, etc. Non-Equity have no vote.

Hearings and appeals processes are outlined; no attorneys allowed in hearings.
- Governance & board: The Board consists of 9 Directors: must be equity members in good standing, property owners except for one seat may be non-property owner if threshold met. Directors serve 3-year terms, max 2 terms. Board meets at least 9 times per year. Board officers include Chairman, Vice Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary.
