No one under 45 may occupy except: (a) a spouse age 40-44 of the oldest occupant; (b) a person 18+ living with parent(s); (c) a servant providing care; or (d) a house guest for no more than 30 days in any 190-day period.
- House guests & temporary visitors: House guests pay no rent and stay temporarily with a resident relative or close friend. They may stay up to 30 days in any 190-day period. The association may restrict or require removal of objectionable visitors.
- Voting procedures for directors: Unless the articles or bylaws specify otherwise, voting for directors is cumulative. Under non-cumulative voting, a member can vote for as many candidates as seats, but not more than one vote per candidate per member.
