Sunland Village East Gardens I & II is a condominium community within the larger Sunland Village East 55+ active adult community in Mesa, AZ. You own your apartment unit and share ownership of the common elements. The association maintains the general common elements, and you are responsible for your unit's interior and appurtenant property. The community is age-restricted: at least 80% of units must have an occupant 55 or older. Leasing is permitted but subject to association rules.
