Rear yard non‑structural landscaping does not need approval unless visible over the fence. Decomposed granite must be at least 1/2 in size and spread 2 in thick; no more than two rock colors in front yard. Corner lot owners must landscape and maintain the area outside perimeter walls adjacent to the street.
• Lighting & holiday decor: Exterior lighting must be shielded, less than 3000K, and fixtures no more than 15 in above ground. Floodlights on front exteriors are forbidden. Temporary holiday lights may be installed 30 days before a holiday and must be removed within 14 days after; blinking lights/music must turn off by 10 pm. Permanent holiday lighting systems require ACC approval and must be discreetly mounted under eaves or soffits.
• Vehicles & parking: No permanent basketball goals; portable goals must be stored in rear/side yard when not in use and have neutral backboards. No metal or chain nets. Basketball equipment lighting is prohibited. No vehicle parking on landscaped front yard areas. Driveway width cannot be increased; decorative borders are considered case‑by‑case.
