The association handles maintenance of common areas, master insurance, and enforces rules including an age restriction (at least one occupant must be 50 or older, no one 18 or under for more than 90 days) and leasing minimums.
- Age restriction (50+): Each unit must be occupied by at least one person 50 years or older; no one 18 or under may reside for more than 90 days (temporary exceptions possible with a use permit).
