This is an amendment to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Playa Del Rey Estates, a single-family homeowners association (HOA) in Phoenix, AZ. It modifies only the rules about watercraft use on Association lakes. The original declaration and other rules remain in effect.
- Lake use & watercraft: Gasoline-powered watercraft are permitted on Association lakes if you follow all boating rules adopted by the Association. Breaking the rules may result in severe financial penalties and loss of lake privileges. Low-power electric boats, sailboats, windsurfers, kayaks, and fishing boats are also allowed for 'Permitted Users'.
