Towne Park At North Shore is a single-family homeowners association (HOA) community in Gilbert, Arizona. You own your individual lot and home; the association maintains and insures the shared common elements, funded by per-lot assessments.
- What you own & maintain: You own your individual lot and any buildings on it; you're responsible for maintaining your home and property. The association maintains the common elements and carries master insurance.
- Residential use only: Each lot must be occupied as a single-family residence only. No commercial or business activity of any kind is allowed.
- Leasing & rentals: You can lease your entire lot to a tenant, but the minimum lease term is one month—no transient (short-term) rentals. Leases must be in writing and bind tenants to all covenants and association rules.
- Pets: Dogs, cats, birds, and fish are allowed in reasonable numbers as household pets. The Board retains discretion to restrict any pet if it becomes a nuisance or objectionable to other residents.
