This document is the association's bylaws and rules, binding all unit owners. It governs how the association is run, what you pay, and how you may use your office and the property.
- Governance & meetings: The association is managed by a board of 3–10 directors elected annually. Members (one vote per office) meet at least once a year; a majority of votes constitutes a quorum. Special meetings can be called by owners holding one‑third of votes.
- Assessments & fees: The board sets annual assessments to cover common expenses, reserves, and betterments. Budget increases over 15% require 80% owner approval. Special assessments for emergencies require 50% approval. Payments are due the 1st of each month; a $25 late fee applies after 10 days.
