- Fines & enforcement: Enforcement starts with a written notice and 10-day response period. If unresolved, a hearing is held. Fines vary by violation (e.g., weeds: $15/day after 14-day notification; signs: $25/day after 24 hours; architectural violations: $25/week after 30 days). Late fee of $25 plus interest may apply.
