This is a 1981 amendment to the original Declaration of Restrictions for the Honeyridge Manor subdivision in Scottsdale, AZ — a single-family home community. It only modifies the architectural review process for structures and does not contain the full set of community rules.
- Architectural review: Before starting any structure, the design, location, and building materials must be approved in writing by a committee. Initially, the committee consists of the President and Secretary of the original developer, Ideal Homes and Development Co. Control of the committee will transfer to lot owners (by majority vote) once either all lots have been sold by the developer or the developer sooner elects to transfer control.
- What this document doesn't cover: This amendment only changes Paragraph 17 (architectural review). It does not include other restrictions, fees, pet rules, leasing limits, parking rules, or any other HOA regulations that may be in the original Declaration of Restrictions.
