- Lot size & housing requirements: Parcels must be at least 2 acres and cannot be subdivided smaller. Only site-built homes are permitted, with a minimum of 2,000 sq ft (one-story) or 2,500 sq ft (1.5+ stories); each home must have a two-car garage, and driveways must be paved or improved within 12 months of approval.
