- What the Association maintains: The Association maintains your unit's exterior: painting, repairing, and replacing exterior surfaces, fences, walls, gutters, downspouts, sidewalks, and roofs. You are responsible for glass surfaces.
- Leasing & rentals: As of November 2003, you may lease your unit for any length of time, reversing a prior prohibition. However, the lease cannot cause hardship to other owners, and the Board can terminate a lease if the tenant causes unreasonable disturbance (noise, untidiness, or distress). Disputes about reasonableness go to arbitration in Arizona.
