This is an amendment to the land-use restrictions for Tally-Ho Farms Unit Two, a subdivision in Tempe, AZ. It applies to lot owners and modifies the original declaration, allowing some lots to be rezoned to commercial office use. The full set of rules is not included here.
- Land use & zoning: Lots fronting Rural Road may be rezoned to Commercial Office (C-O) zoning at the owner's discretion and with Maricopa County approval, up to a depth of halfway to 71st Street or approximately 290 feet, whichever is shorter. Other lots remain residential only.
- Minimum dwelling size: Residential lots (except those fronting Rural Road) require dwellings with at least 1200 square feet of living area, excluding porches, carports, or garages.
- Setbacks: A 30-foot front setback and 10-foot side setbacks are required for residential lots.
