Kaufman and Broad at Arizona Carousel (Tolleson, AZ) is a single-family home community governed by a homeowners association (HOA). The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements (CC&Rs) sets rules for all owners and occupants. The Association manages common areas and enforces design standards.
- Leasing & rentals: Leases must be for a minimum of 30 days; no short-term vacation rentals. Owners may not lease less than the entire Lot, and are responsible for tenant compliance with HOA rules.
