• Trash & storage: Trash containers may be placed out after 3pm the day before collection and must be removed by 8am the day after. Portable storage containers allowed for only 3 days (with notice) unless extended in writing. Bulk trash follows Phoenix's 'One Week Rule'.

• Architectural & exterior changes: Any exterior changes (light fixtures, painting, etc.) require prior approval from the Design Review Committee. Homeowners have 30 days to remedy an architectural violation after notice.
