This Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions and Easements establishes rules that run with the land, binding all current and future owners. - Landscaping & maintenance obligations: Owners must keep grass mowed to no higher than 12 inches (Section 5.31). The Association may mow and charge the owner for non‑compliance.
