- Land use & building type: Lots are for residential use only. Only one detached single-family dwelling per lot is allowed; no mobile homes or temporary structures as residences.
- Architectural review: All exterior construction (buildings, fences, walls) must be approved in writing by the Architectural Control Committee. Plans must be submitted; if no response within 30 days, approval is deemed granted.
