Willowood Unit 8 is a single‑family home subdivision in Corpus Christi, TX, governed by restrictive covenants that run with the land. These rules apply to every lot owner and are designed to maintain a high‑quality residential character.
- Property use & lot standards: All lots are for single‑family dwellings only. No commercial activity, no oil drilling/mining, no temporary structures. Lots cannot be further subdivided.
- Architectural review: An Architectural Control Committee must approve all plans for construction, alteration, or improvement. Approval is presumed if no decision within 30 days of submission. The Committee can waive certain restrictions for the advantage of the subdivision.
