Brooklyn Village Phases I and II is a standard single-family home subdivision in Kaufman, TX, governed by a homeowners' association (HOA). The HOA maintains common areas and enforces uniform restrictions on all lots. Owners own their lot and home, and must comply with architectural, use, and maintenance rules.
- Architectural review: All construction, exterior alterations, fences, and outbuildings require prior written approval from the Architectural Committee. Fences must be 6 feet tall, wood, and meet street setback rules. Dwelling height limited to 2 stories unless otherwise approved.
