This document is a supplemental covenant that makes each lot a member of the Central Arizona Groundwater Replenishment District to satisfy water supply certification requirements. - Groundwater Replenishment Assessment: Each parcel is subject to an annual Replenishment Assessment levied by CAWCD based on the parcel's Excess Groundwater usage. The amount is determined by CAWCD.
