- Parking & vehicles: Vehicles must park on paved driveways (concrete, brick, or asphalt). No overnight parking on common tracts or streets. No trailers, trucks, commercial vehicles parked overnight. Boats and RVs must be inside garage or concealed behind side fence on a paved pad. Abandoned or inoperable vehicles visible from other lots or streets are prohibited. Speed limit 20 MPH.
- Trash & Signs: Trash containers must be screened from street view, placed in rear area, and removed from street within 12 hours after pickup. One 'For Sale' or 'For Rent' sign (max 24x24 inches) plus one sold sign and brochure container allowed; three open house signs permitted on weekends.
