It removes certain lots (Lots 1 and 2 and Tract C of Arizona Biltmore Golf Estates Amended II) from the original Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions because those areas were rezoned for residential use. The amendment does not change any other rules; the original declaration remains in effect for the rest of the community.
