- Decks & storage: Furniture and plants on decks must be neutral colors and approved by the board. No BBQ grills, storage of bicycles, or hanging items. Storage is permitted only in the storage room allocated to your unit, not in common areas.
- Window coverings & signs: Window coverings must be neutral colors; no reflective materials or tinting without board approval. No signs (including For Sale/For Rent) visible from the exterior without prior board approval.
- Noise & nuisances: No excessive noise or vibrations that disturb neighbors. Exterior speakers require board approval. Hard floors must have sound control systems. The board may adopt additional noise rules.
