What Freeport Center's governing documents say
This document is a 1985 amendment to the Conditions, Covenants, Restrictions and Reservations of Freeport Center, a planned community or subdivision in Phoenix, AZ. It only updates landscaping requirements and is not a complete set of governing rules — current rules may differ.
- Landscaping requirements: At least two-thirds of the required building setback area from the street must be lawn or landscaped. All lawns must be underground-sprinklered and kept irrigated and green at all times. No loading decks are allowed on sides of buildings fronting streets unless properly screened with berm and/or landscaping.
- What this document doesn't cover: This is a partial amendment. It does not address other typical HOA rules such as pet restrictions, leasing, architectural control (beyond landscaping), parking, assessments, or use restrictions. Refer to the original Declaration and any later amendments for complete rules.
