Villagio At Dove Valley Ranch Condominiums is a condominium community in Phoenix, AZ — you own your individual unit and a shared interest in the building's common elements, which the association maintains. This declaration binds all unit owners and describes your rights and obligations, including assessments, use restrictions, and leasing rules.
- Pets: A maximum of two household pets, each no larger than 30 pounds, may be kept only with the Board of Directors' written permission. Pets must be leashed (6 feet max) on common elements and are not allowed to relieve themselves on common property; owners must immediately remove droppings.

Pickup-style trucks, vans, or minivans are allowed only if they do not exceed 210 inches in length or 80 inches in width, have no commercial signage, and are used for basic transportation.
- Assessments & fees: Annual assessments are based on the association's budget and are payable in 12 monthly installments. Unpaid assessments accrue interest at 18% per annum and are secured by a lien on the unit. Special assessments require a 51% vote of unit owners.
- Alterations & approvals: No structural changes, alterations, or penetrations to the building are allowed without prior written board approval. Interior decorating (painting, wall coverings) is permitted as long as it does not impair structural integrity. Hard flooring (tile, wood) is allowed only in kitchens, baths, and entryways of second-floor units (except above garages) and must not increase sound transmission.
- Use restrictions: The property is for single-family residential use only. No commercial business, noxious activities, or nuisances are permitted. Signs are prohibited except with board approval. Antennas, window air conditioners, outdoor speakers, and high-intensity lighting are restricted. Window coverings facing outward must be white, neutral wood tone, or otherwise approved.
- Master association: This community is part of the Dove Valley Ranch master-planned community, and additional covenants from the Master Declaration may apply.
